Three brothers. One small kitchen.
Three brothers. One small kitchen on Kāne'ohe Bay Drive. We cook the
food we grew up on, the way our mom and aunties cook it on Sundays.
The plates are big. The line moves at island speed. We open at 10:30
and we close when we run out — usually around 2pm. Some days that's
sooner. Bring cash if you can; the credit card machine is older than
some of our customers.
Counter service. Tables out back when the rain holds off. If you have
